Ticket trader
Over the last few years i have used ticket trader 2/3 times to sell on my season ticket ,when due to work commitments I can not attend Upton Park. In the past I got a fair price for my ticket and this was sold on to fellow supporters a few quid more than what I received . This season it seemed to have changed , you are receiving the minimum price for your ticket but the tickets are now being sold on for vastly increase price , an example of this, if I was to sell my Chelsea ticket I would receive £50 , these tickets are being sold for £80 plus on ticket trader . I have also noticed you can no longer see your ticket trader balance on your west ham account, having just queried this with the club over the phone the ticket office said that ticket trader is not part of West Ham and the only way now of checking your balance is by going to the stadium ticket offices , the ticket office also said at the moment you can't use the money that is credited in your account to go towards purchasing your season ticket at the new stadium as ticket trader has not yet made this facility available . This used to be a good service for both the seller and buyer but it seems that's it is now a legal touting company .

Anyone else feel again let down by the club.

Re: Ticket trader
The price you get for it is the average price for a game considering your season ticket price.
The price they sell it for is whatever the cost is for a ticket in your band. So Chelsea is going to be a bit mark up, Watford less so.
I have used my e credit to pay some of my season ticket for this year, without doubt it will be the same for next year.

I'm racking up a few quid in my daughter's account for when she can't come, I bet if I tried to use it towards an away ticket for me they won't let me.

Re: Ticket trader
Until they tell you you can only use it for tickets for you of course.

Re: Ticket trader
I`ve used TT a few times & have around £120 "E Credits"... I also asked the question as to whether the money could be used for my deposit for the new seat, I was told NO, these credits can only be used for Upton Park. So, does that mean we can`t use them for away tickets as well?? So the only chance I have of "reclaiming" my credits is to purchase tickets at home for others, is the way I see it??

Re: Ticket trader
I used ticket trader once last season and therefore had £30 credit on my account... when I paid for my ST for this season I asked them to use the TT funds (which I am pretty sure they did) but I still have £30 credit on my balance..... so I think it's a great idea!

Re: Ticket trader
Seems like you just need to exercise a little patience if it is not YET available.

If you sell on a Ticket a Trader you get some money back, so well done you, if you sell via WHO , yes cash straight away and a good deal for the fellow WHOer, unless of course you get fucked around and end up wanting to kill the bloke, so the worlds your oyster , what are you moaning about.

Re: Ticket trader
I was under the impression I could use it towards next season's ticket, if that's not the case then I won't bother using it.

Whack it on here. You'll sell it, cash in your pocket and a WHO'er will save a load of dosh.

Win win win
